Terms and Conditions Halloween Escaperoom Battle

1. Conditions of participation :
- The Escaperoom Battle is open to groups of at least 2 to a maximum of 6 people.
- All participants must be at least 14 years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian

to be accompanied.

- The escape room "The Murderer's Cellar" may not be played by anyone under 14 years of age.

- If you play an escape room on October 31, 2023, you automatically take part in the Escape Room Battle.

- The award ceremony for the Escape Room Battle will take place at the solve it Halloween Party. Only teams present can be included in the ranking and be announced as winners, as well as win the prize.

2. Cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked appointment to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded.

3. Rules of the game and behavior:
- Participants must arrive on time.
- Players must follow the instructions of the game leader and respect the rules.
- The use of mobile devices, cameras or similar in the escape room is strictly prohibited.

- If the game leader feels that inappropriate or destructive behavior is being displayed, the game can be canceled or the team can be excluded from the Escape Room Battle.

4. Intellectual Property:
- All materials, puzzles and designs in the escape room are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed.

6. Data protection:    

- We use personal information only for booking purposes and will not pass this data on to third parties.

6. Photography and video release:
- By participating in our escape room events, the entire team agrees that photos and videos may be taken and used publicly for promotional purposes.

8. Changes and cancellations by Solve It:
- In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change dates or cancel the event. In this case, a full refund will be offered.
